Arial is one font I despise. I think it’s mostly because it represents everything that’s wrong with Microsoft/Windows. They (actually IBM created the font, I believe) bastardize such a tremendous font like Helvetica — kinda like how they bastardized the Mac OS. (Yeah yeah, Xerox PARC originated the GUI. Whatever.)
