When real men cut themselves — you know, like whilst cutting down a giant Sequoia with a hacksaw — they just rub some dirt on the open wound. If the gash continues to hemorrhage and spurt blood, well, I guess it’s OK to put a bandage on it.
But only if it’s one of these manly duct tape bandages.
